As a producer, Jack has worked with a number of artists and companies including Told by an Idiot (One of the jewels of left field British theatre’ - The Guardian) and freelance artists including Josie Dale-Jones, Keziah Joseph and Jack Norris. Jack also produced Fusion Theatre Festival from 2015-2019, programming and showcasing work from young people in Cambridge and the wider region of East Anglia and has programmed artists such as Hofesh Shecter, O'Flynn, Police Cops, Liv Ello and Crybabies.

Jack Byron is a founding member of theatre company Temper Theatre and since 2014 has performed in all their major shows including TRIBE, which toured across the UK and to Peru, & HOME which toured across the UK and across China in 2024. Jack supports the company as a Producer and also facilitates Temper Theatre’s sell-out Creator Residencies in London.

"I've been working in the theatre and festival industry since I left school at 2014. I am an Actor & Producer and can see a project from both sides which is one of my greatest strengths.

 

As a Producer, I help people think creatively and strategically about their projects. I want artists to use their time and funding in the best possible way so they make the best work they can whilst thinking about their own or their company's long-term plan.
